Sometimes the most unlikely locations can yield shots that can come out rather epic and/or unexpected. This was shot on the backside of St Malo (the church which you all have seen my uploading) There is this little pond that I can best describe as being an old swimming hole, and I love this dock, with just how old it is, weathered and worn, and I REALLY wanted to get back here and see if the light would co-operate at dawn, and I think it did. Finding shots like this aren't exactly the easiest in Colorado, this is something I would expect to shoot more in the midwest or something, with regards to subject matter. So I was pretty much over the moon when shooting it.

It was hard to expose for, I will say that, and very tricky. Had to shoot using in camera HDR and use my GND for it to get it.
